RECEIPE FOR CANCER NEEDING TO EAT BETWEEN MEALS

I just wanted to share a receipe with everyone, this is a great dip to have in between meals while just sitting around watching TV or just a snack to eat between meals, and its a great dip for a party or the holidays, I hope you enjoy it as much as my husband and I enjoy it. He loves it and really surprised me !!!

Rotel Dip

1 can rotel mexican chiles
1 16 0z jar of real mayo
1 package of real bacon bits
1 160z of sour cream

Mix all together and put in fridge to set for about 2 hours before you eat this.

You can eat it as soon as you make it but its not as good all the ingredients needs to settle in. I use tortilla chips with mine, but use what you like, alot of people use it on crackers too, like the hi ho crackers

Al doen't go for anything with sour cream except potatoes, but sounds good for me & some company.

We have just been chillin & trying to gain some weight I know it's working for me lol!!

Will let you know what happens after the appt on wed. what the new plan is.

I cant stand sour cream, but i really like this if you make it have him taste it see what he thinks. Let me know when you have made it.

Yes i will be anxiously waiting your results wed, unfortunately i go back to work at work on Monday so it will be late when I respond now I really dread it but my caregiving time is finished for now, and he is able to take care of himself for now. Darn, i tried to get the dr to have me off more time but there wasn't any reason, I am happy though we are cancer free but wanted off more time. ha ha

The dip
That sounds good. I'll see if my dad will eat it. I know my mom and my family would love it. Lori - hope you had a good day back to work. I know it sucks going back, but it's a VERY good sign for you. Your life can regain some normalcy now!!! Update on my dad. He's been pretty sick this go round. I'm hoping he can have his chemo this Thursday. He's been in bed resting a good bit, but he says he's achy all over. Hopefully he'll wake up feeling a bit better today, just in time for Thursday!!
