Peggy,
Good luck with your treatment.
It is very hard to read you message when it is all in caps--just a tip.

Peggy, doing rads only is great! You will get thru that just fine. Glad you don't have to take tamoxifen.
Hugs!0 -
Best wishes...
For your radiation treatment, beginning Monday.0 -
Thanks Peggy
Power of prayer is a powerful thing! I was a low score on the OncotypeDX test too (Less than a 1) and I will get my simulation tomorrow for my boosters to complete my radiation. We will be here to help walk you through.
I think Margo had a great tip for you. I know people that are not use to message boards, etc, don't know any better because for most, this is the first one they have ever joined...but, it does make it easier for other people to read your post when you don't type in all caps. There is a button on the computer that says "caps lock" on the left of your keyboard. If you press it, that will make it so your not typing in all caps.
I'm sure God is smiling on you too and just know you have already helped other people, you just aren't aware of it! Hang in there. ♥ Pammy0 -

Your post was much easier to read! Thank you. After my radiation, I will be taking the pills for 5 years. My chance of a reoccurance is very, very small. My chance of a new cancer is a tad higher. I really do not pay attention to statistics much as I have usually been known to be the "odd ball" or if the odds were 1 in a million, I would be the million!! You will do fine with radiation. Just be sure to listen to what ever they tell you to do. ♥ Pammy0 -

A reoccurance would be the "same" cancer coming back either in the same spot or a different spot. A new cancer would be Breast Cancer, but different from the original cancer. You can have either happen. The tamoxifen will help ward off any new or reoccuring cancer. ♥ Pammy0 -
Good luck Peggy with rads onAkiss4me said:Well

Good luck Peggy with rads on Monday. And, thanks for taking the Capital letters lock off. It makes your posts easier to read!
