How do i add a picture to my page please?

I keep trying to add picture to my page and its not doing it.

    Go to Home,
    under My CSN
    Go to Home,
    under My CSN Account and About Me Page- click on Edit
    click on Picture
    click on Browse (this is where you locate the properly sized picture on your computer)
    click submit

    have a kid do it!!
    Do you have any teenagers in the house? i couldn't do it either my 14 yo had to do it for me!

    How true! Had my 18yo do mine! Isn't is sad that they are so computer,tv remote, ipod,mp3,cell phone and any other electronic device smarter than us?!
