tightness in neck

Has anyone else experienced an extreme tightness in the neck after a thyroidectomy? It's been nearly 8 months since my surgery and I feel worse now than when I was first diagnosed. The doctor basically blows off my concerns by saying there is nothing he can do. Please if anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them.

    Yes, I did. When I went back to work. I sat in front of a computer all day and I was trying to keep my head and shoulders out in a crunch. This cause oall my muscles to tighten
    up in the back of my neck. Plus I was also had some scare tissue from the surgery that after a nights sleep it feels light it tighten up. My endo requested me to call my surgent to see if there was anything he could do. He said nope, not a thing.....
