i know I have done this before..but cannot figure it out today!! Wanted to send a message to Randy, whose wife has just been diagnosed...but cannot do it. HELP!!

    It's very easy:)
    Click on "CSN Home" in top left-hand corner of page. Go to "New Mail" and from there you just click on "Write a New Message" and enter in your friend's screen name above. Hope this helps.

    I'll try to help you
    Go to the top of this page and click on "home"
    Then in the middle colum of the home page click on "in box"
    Then click on "send message" on that page at the bottom
    Now type in the avitar name and write your message
