I am surprised that you weren't given the benedryl and the steroids together before they gave you chemo. As one who has seen the allergic reaction, make sure they give you the steroid before the chemo. Especially if they don't change the med. My chemo was with 5 different ones incuding taxotere. No need to be nervous, just remind them when you go in about your reaction last time and ask what they are going to do different this time. Hang in there. You will be in my thoughts and prayers.
