Yes - Xeloda
I've taken it - it is called Xeloda.
It's got its own kind of side effects - makes your feet crack and peel after the toxicity begins to build up. Makes it hard to walk and stay balanced. Can affect your fingertips too but the feet is where it hurts you.
At the drug store there is a product called Bag Balm. It is an udder cream with good emollient properties. You slather that on your feet top and bottom and put socks on after that to hold the moisture in. Do it in the morning, in the evening, and before going to bed. It would help you tremendously.
If you do that, they may start you on a 2 week on / 1 week off program 3-4 pills by morning and the same at night. The dosages can be adjusted...I ended with a 1 week on / 1 week off cycle with 3 pills by morning and 3 more by night.
I did it for 8 months. Hope this helps Winnie.
