Sorry, I did it againMoopy23 said:What about the Guppies?
Nope, no Letterman needed at your house tonight, Tasha! Not sure what a billy-o is, though. A goat? Are goats particularly, um, gaseous?
English colloquialisms(sp)? Billy-O Means going like hell! Like Sh1t off a hot shovel, to extremes. etc LOL.......Moopster, I sure hope you are at the wednesday conference call, I can't wait to hear your beautiful accent and confuse you even more! LOL Love Ya Jxxxxxxxxxx -

Maybe I'll be on that call. I'm from Maine my whole life and I don't have a Maine accent--people tell me it is a cross between Boston and New York.
Should be interesting. What is you accent--English or French since you live in Canada or mix of both?

Tash, your language is a delight, truly! Your phrasing and vocabulary are fun. Remember I told you my sister loves your posts. Probably we all do. Please never stop being you, verbally and otherwise.
Well, now I am nervous about the conference call. I just have a basic, everyday rural TN accent, nothing beautiful. You know: one of those accents where hill is heel, and ten is tin.
Anyway, thanks for the vocab lesson. Right now, Joe's dog Nubi is billy-o. He doesn't like thunder and is barking his head off.
Margo, if you're from Maine, how come people don't think you sound like a Mainelander? Mainer? Mainean? Hope I can make the call so I can hear you, too. I've never been to New England and would love to. -
