Have a Wonderful Vacationdeanna14 said:Thank you ladies!
Thanks for all the prayer and sentiments, it really means a lot to me. You all have come to be very important to me even though we have never met face to face! I am going to try not to give cancer a second thought while we are gone. Whatever I have to face when I get back, I will deal with when I get to it. No more putting life off for cancer... cancer can just exist around my schedule if it keeps hanging around! LOL.
I think of you all often and pray that the Lord continues to give you peace and strength always.
Love and Hugs. Talk to you next week!
I hope that you have great weather on your trip. It sounds like you are planning to do some relaxing. Good for you! I think that you are right when you say that we can't put life off for cancer. I know that you and your husband will enjoy yourselves.

We had an amazing vacation and I did very well putting cancer out of my mind for a while. Now we are back home, but the docs office was already closed by the time we got home today. I guess it will be Monday before we know anything. I think the trip did me a world of good. For the most part, I am ready to face what may come if I need to!
Thanks for all the encouragement. Thank God for all of you!!0 -

Deanna...glad that you had a relaxing vacation. And although vacations are fun, I agree it is nice to be home again. Know how anxious you must be to get the results of your tests! Am praying you get the very best news!
Best wishes....Karen0 -

Last post I was so tired I forgot to mention... parasailing was absolutely amazing! First I noticed how quiet it was up above the ocean and I felt so free. Also did a little snorkeling which was great fun especially since my nieces had never been. They were thrilled with all the little creatures and shells that we found on the ocean floor. We also went on a 5 hour deep sea fishing trip which was simply fabulous. I caught a couple of pretty big fish that were hard for me to reel in, but not big enough to keep. My husband caught a few keepers... they were huge and I doubt I could have gotten them in the boat! LOL. It was great fun... I definately recommend going to the beach if you need to get away and forget about cancer for a while!0 -

So glad you enjoyed your Florida trip. You got to do a lot of things in a short amount of time. Glad it was a good experience for you and you were able to forget about the cancer for a while. Praying that you get good news tomorrow. In peace and caring. HUGS to you.0
