I'm still here and reading all the posts.
This is just a wonderful site to get it allll out. I had my liver biopsy on Monday and it wasn't too bad. They used a long needle instead of cutting, so the recovery is going well.I was able to come home yesterday for 2 days and will be heading back to MDA tomorrow. I guess they will have the biopsy results and hope/pray it is not malignant. If not, I think I will be starting chemo. Believe it or not... I'm ready. I'm anxious to get it all over with... even though I'm scared too death and know it is not going to be easy. Tasha, I'm enjoying your jokes. You are toooo funny. Keep them coming. The rest of you have so much good advice, support, and encouragement. Keep them coming. All of you, have a great day!!!!

Prayers go with you, Rush!!
You are in my prayers, and hopefully the biopsy results will be good. The chemo treatment is doable, and something necessary to get you on the road to being a survivor. You must live in the Houston area since you are going into MD Anderson for treatment. All of our family lives there, and really wanted me to come there for treatment. However, there is no place like home, so we chose to use a cancer treatment center in Tyler, Texas rather than try to travel back and forth to Houston. Keep us up to date on how treatment is going. Hugs your way.
