Make it a SPECIAL DAY for Mom. Spa treatment, manicure, pedicure, shopping trip, special dinner, etc., or just say I LOVE YOU and being a mom myself, that would be all she would need

So glad this part of the battle is over. I wish her a very long health filled life. Pat yourself on the back- you have been such a great caregiver and supporter. She is lucky to have you!!

Great news indeed!
Congrats to your Mom...and to you for being there for her. A bit of advice from someone who finished my last chemo 3 weeks ago: Don't think that because the chemo is finished, her journey is complete. It will take a long time to recover from the effects. And the emotional side changes as well. It's almost a 'let-down' feeling because our routine has changed. And, of course, the worry begins. We can't help it - we're human!
Just continue to be there for her. She has fought an amazing battle and now can concentrate on LIFE!
many hugs, Vicki0
