bumps on edge of stoma

I will try to explain what it is.
around the edge of the inside of the stoma is little round bumps
that look like skin is this any thing to be concerned about hope
you understand.

    I think I know what you mean. I think have similar, and it is not a problem. But, if you are concerned, do ask your doctor/nurse. Or next time you are in, have them check. Itchy? Stinging? If not, probably OK but do ask......
