Well, I am amidst another chemo infusion party. The cocktail is mixed and I'm downing it as we speak. Lots of new stuff being added to prevent nausea. I also have a daily shot upcoming to keep my white blood cell count up.

After this it is one more party then a scan. I can see light at the end of the tunnel.

    Hi Mike,

    Hope you're feeling ok today after your chemo "party" Lol! That's the attitude, though. One more after this one till your scan- you can do it! Only we here, on this board, understand what it's like living from one chemo treatment to the next and from one scan to the next. Such is life for many of us. Hopefully, your body will respond well to this chemo cocktail. I used to pray over and over, truly as a prayer but also almost like a mantra to focus on... "minimum side effects with maximum effects".

    Keep on with the party....There is a great, wonderful light at the end of the tunnel.....Its called NED!!!!! You can and will get there...Keep the faith...Good luck on your scan... JULIE

    I missed your party by one day. Had mine Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Hope that you are handling this round of chemo well. Good for you on one more and then your scan.
