what is our "color"?

My aunt called me today and asked what color ribbon is for thyroid cancer? I keep finding different answers... a tri-color (pink, teal, blue/purple), light blue, purple... I think she is planning on making some ribbons for our family to wear so i'd like to get it right :)

    Hello Memoryangel..!!!
    If I'm not wrong its purple, pink and light blue // On facebook I found a group of thyca patients and it has those colors...I was trying to paste the image right here but couldn't. Also if you enter this site www.thyca.org you can find the menu on your left a part that says How To Help; there's a link you can enter and they have Thyca Merchandise where you also can find our logo.

    lmao I followed your directions and found some really neat merchandise the majority of it $5.00 :) And not to sound ignorant... but I didn't even know Thyroid Cancer had its own logo/colors... wow :) I turened one of the ribbbons into my profile picture. :)

    The Store near me has been having Prostate Cancer Fundraising... and I bought this bracelet... I think it's designed more for men... but I love it so much ... it's navy blue leather with two snaps on it to close and in black writing it says, Hope Faith Courage
    In some way/shape/form, it makes me feel less alone and more empowered when I'm wearing it. :D

    Hello Sally08..!!!! I'm glad you got the page and of course the merchandise LOL. BTW I felt the same when I found out = ).

    I think to wear the bracelet it can have different meaning for each one of us. But for me ...it was the same feeling as you, maybe is because it symbolizes the process we pass thru cancer, treatment, emocional and fisical up's and down's...HORMONES..it's a very special bracelet.
