Mom's 1st PET Scan after 5 chemo sessions..please wish her all the luck :-)!!!

My mom is having her PET Scan tomorrow morning...just want to share this message to everyone of you guys. You guys have been wonderful with answering some questions I have for my mom. I really really hope for some good news for a change regarding her treatments. Im not a doctor, but to evaluate outside looking in, my mom is doing great, obviously setbacks during the chemo time of the few days after its administered, some headaches, high blood pressure, some back pain, and some abdomen pain (2-4 out of 10 in pain scale) recurring here and there...overall, i thought she did wonderful....thanks again people and wish her all the best!! still can't believe its been 3 months, so far so good...hopefully more good than anything else.

Here's hoping your mom's tests show that the chemo is doing the job! I bet it is from the way you describe things are going. Let her know wishing her the best.

Hope everything goes great on those tests, and glad she is feeling better, chemo sucks to get, but I do feel better then I have been in awhile, hope she has too!
