Meditation or Relaxation CDs

Does anyone have a favorite meditation or relaxation cd you listen to during chemo or at night when unable to sleep? I appreciate all recommendations. Thanks.

I love listening to "Merlin's Magic" CDs. I have three of them. They are more celestial type of music, and it reminds me of what it would sound like in Heaven with the Angels. "Angel Helpers", "Angel Symphony of Love and Light" and "Space of Peace and Love." They really help me relax and stay calm and focused and eventually I fall asleep.

I have never heard of Merlin's Magic but I will check them out.
Years ago, I listened to a guided self-hypnosis tape.
---It started out saying imagine yourself on the beach with the hot sun warming your body and the sound of the waves hitting the beach. Oh, I loved that one and wish I had it now. Thanks again.

Hypnosis
Yes I had a tape my hypnotist made for me saying the same thing (fear of flying). It did help but I liked the music because it lasted longer.

I got Merlin's Magic through Best Buy on line. It is wonderful, calming music and would put anyone into a calm mood. I would never listen to it while driving though Kim
