Adhesions
I agree with Carl. It is more than likely adhesions that is causing the pain. I've had several surgeries and get that tweak every now and then still - and it can be painful I know. Not much can be done about those - I had it a couple of months ago and was walking doubled over it hurt so bad. Then it cleared up. Comes and goes.
You can ask your doc but this looks to be your culprit.

I agree with lizzy
I had this too from my second surgery it was just because i was moving too much, but as lizzy suggest a call to your doctor is your best bet. Just call he will make just a quick examination to see the tenderness. if it's getting tender meaning it's healing good i think. so call to put your mind at rest.
Good luck
