I had a left lobectomy May 7 for a tennis ball mass that indicated through the frozen section folicular stage 1. I just had the rest of my thyroid removed with neck resection June 11. I feel sick and very depressed, especially when thinking about radiation and the upcoming low iodine diet. I hope I feel better in the next week.

    This will pass
I think everybody has those same feelings when you have your surgeries and then the waiting period. All you can do is think about what's to come. Just hang in there!
