Reglan
Thank you!

Sorry....
I'm so sorry. I took reglan, but it had absolutely no effect on my nausea etc. I had to go with Emend, which was costly but worth it, if only to feel halfway human. No one said anything to me about sleep aids while on reglan; in fact, my GP prescripbed sleep aids during this period due to my high anxiety and inability to sleep. Of course, everyone is different and reacts differently to various things. I hope your Dad gets relief.
Hugs,

Reglan has a label warning not to be prescribed for longer than 12 weeks. The muscle problems and lawsuits are due to off label (longer than 12 wks) prescribing. The FDA is considering a black box warning.
Here is a link but I think you can get good info from the inclosed warning and dosage info that comes with the prescription.

I have tried to get my dad to go with mary jane but he will not. He doesn't even want to take his marinol. He says it doesn't help him. If he was eating I could put it in some cookies or brownies.Maybe soon!
...I love mj brownies!! sounds like you have one stubborn dad! how does he know it won't work if he won't even try it? just a couple hits, not to get stoned on..it really helps the appetite as well. -
