Met with Dr. Smith at Vanderbilt in Nashville today. Liked what I heard from him and his staff. I'm now on the schedule for the Robotic surgery on August 12th. At least the first part is over and I'm feeling better now that I have a definite date and plan of action in place!

Also attended my first prostate cancer support group here in my Home town. Small Town of Cleveland, Tennessee. I was amazed that of the 5 men there EVERY SINGLE ONE Had been to have their treatment by Dr. Smith at Vanderbilt. There are many choices around here with Knoxville, Atlanta, Chattanooga, Birmingham Alabama and Nasvhille all being within just a couple hours drive. I believe that I have made the right decision for me.
