Question about seeing results from femara or other AIs.

I didn't know quite what to put in the subject line here.

I have recurrent breast cancer in my reconstructed breast and am taking femara as neoadjuvant therapy. I definitely see an improvement already, after three weeks. My question concerns the thickened areas of skin. (You know how the tumor appears first, then changes to a thick patch?) Will that go away with continued AI use, too?

Thank you and sorry for the grossness of my descriptions.
