anzement and ginger

just a bit of info for anyone it might I was feeling nauseaus during and after chemo
s started taking my anzemet befor chemo then the next 3 mornings after also I started taking the ginger too. It does help I have more energy this week then normal after chemo
hope this can help someone out there also hi to all I havent been on in a while so take care all

    Thanks for these suggestions.

    Sponge Bob introduced me to white ginger oil. You can rub it inside your wrists. Helped me a lot (plus it smells wonderful). I also nibbled on candied ginger.....

    Hey, Sheri. I glimpsed a story on the news last night regarding ginger as an anti-cancer agent. I didn't see the whole thing, so don't take it as gospel....
