A man arrives at the dentist in a right lather, he is dressed for the golf course and in an obvious hurry, he asks the dentist to pull a tooth, no time for anesthetics or any of that hogwash, speed is of the essence and tee-time is in 20 minutes. The dentist thinks this man must be very brave (or stupid) not to have pain relief so he says "Well, lets take a look at which tooth it is"

So the man turns to his wife and says "Open up and show him which one!"
