    They changed that Phil
    They alternate between men and woman's names now. I was at the Outer Banks on vacation a few years back and evaluacted for "Floyd".

    it was a joke from about the 3rd grade.
    But I did know a woman named Floyd, and a Boy Named Sue :-)
