Chatroom Woes
It's a funny thing about the Chatroom~ it used to be so full of people, jokes, laughter and tears and new ones, old ones, that it could have been named Cheers~ eventually "everybody knew your name". Eventually, and I am being ultra kind here, the powers that be decided the room needed to be shut down, and that it would return new and improved. I can't now recall how long we were without chat, but it seems to me that it was longer than six months. When it came back, it was indeed new, but alas not improved. It has been up and running for a long time now~ a year or more ( again, I forget) and it is either empty, has one or 2 kindred spirits in it, or is inaccessable. It isn't you at all!
I love these boards, but I must say I miss the chatroom dearly~ it got me through my diagnosis and introduced me to not just BC warrior-survivors, but every cancer type you never wanted to imagine. An empathetic ( for the most part~ each group of anything has it's "characters"!) good spirited mix of people , many of whom I still communicate with almost 7 years post diagnosis.
Those were the days! LOL
Hugs and welcome,

I still can't get into it, but, it doesn't sound like it is worth it anyway. lol I just thought I could get to know some of the people better in there. Thanks all!
I tried to get in once awhile back and I never could. So, I never went back. lol You could probably email CSN and ask them if the chat rooms are working. Maybe they aren't right now.0
