As we all have some type of stress in our lives going through our bc journey, I thought this would help when things get a little too much:

    When I first found my cancer
    When I first found my cancer and went to see the PCP, he read my chart and stood and banged his head a couple times against the top cabinet before he turned around to look at me.

    If you ever find someone who is able to continue the activity when unconscous (step 4) I think you might alert the media and charge admission.

    Marcia, I knew you were brave, but I think/know I would have fallen apart if my PCP had had that reaction. You were a Warrior from the get-go. (not that I am surprised.)
