    Look on the top left side of this page and you should see "CSN Home". Click on that and it will take you to the home page.
    You will see a blue box in the center of the home page, which says "connect and communicate". In that box, it will say "new mail". Click on that to send an email. Or you can click on "Inbox" and you will be able to check for any new messages.
    I will send you a quick email to make sure you got it, ok?

    I sent her a PM and she answered back and also explained how to start a message herself. I hope she did get my instructions.
