How are you? Is this your first bout of radiation? I would call the number for the oncall rad. oncologist and run it by them.
Thanks. I called the on-call doc. He said as long as I wasn't getting dizzy, I could wait and see my regular doc tomorrow. I was afraid of something weird happening because of radiation - now fear something is damaged! Will know more tomorrow.0 -
Have you ever been told you have hemmorhoids?
You may have either internal or external hemmorhoids which may be the cause of the bleeding. If you have been constipated that can aggravate the hemmorhoids. Or if you have been having diarrhea that can also aggravate the hemmorhoids. It is a good idea to have any bleeding checked out. Glad you will get an answer tomorrow. If it is heavy bleeding you can always go to the ER and not wait to see you primary doctor. I know when I asked what could be used for rectal soreness, the nurse told me preparation H was good to use. That is a cream to help with hemmorhoids. Good luck to you.0 -
