Hi kiddo. Glad to hear that you are pursuing your Masters. Way to go, girl. I don't post like I used to except when I think I may have something to add, but I'm here almost everyday trying to stay up on what's going on with everyone. I remain convinced that this is the greatest group of people ANYWHERE.

    Take care. Hugs, the Hampster!

    Hey old friend!
    Thanks for checking in!!!

Sounds like we are kindred spirits, I'm starting back to school, for my second Bachelors degree, this one in Criminal Justice. One of the things on my list of 'What do I want to be when I grow up' was Paralegal! So, I am checking into online schools, so that I can study both from here, and in Holland!

I LOVE the cat image! You are so right...but MY life, 3 years later, is like a beautiful, show-class persian cat...ROFL!

Please keep us posted, and big, warm hugs are sailing your way!

    Hugs, Kathi

I am doing online at Phoenix. It is a lot of work but fun. I think that it is funny that there is a lot of posting that needs to be done in the discussion forums. Well...I was trained in posting right here! Ask me any questions I can help with. I will tell you that Phoenix is great but a little unique in the amount of group work they ask you to do. I can explain if you want.
Thanks for the hugs! Back at you, JOyce

    Hello, Joyce!
I joined this amazing group just last month. So, it's very nice to "meet" you! Later this year, I'll hit my 6 year anniversary as a BC survivor.

Heartfelt congratulations to YOU, Joyce, for hitting that one year mark - and beyond! And, thanks for sharing your inspiring & wonderful news! You GO, girl!

Good luck & best wishes for continued cancer-free health, way into the future...

    Kind regards, Susan

P.S.: Ditto good wishes for your studies!

I just love it when 6 year

    Hi Joyce
It's great to hear your good news. I'm glad that you are so happy and pursuing your dreams. Very inspiring for those of us still in treatment. Please give us more details about your degree and what life is like for you now. Cheers!

So glad to hear that you are
So glad to hear that you are in the radiation "spa" now and out of chemo. Please buy a giant size bottle of creme rinse. You're gonna be needing it....
Life is good for me now. Except for all those little problems that I thought were meaningless in the face of the beast. When the beast goes away, the probs come back. So here I will say (through clenched teeth) "Thank you Beast, for putting things in perspective!"

    Hi Joyce,
    I'm a newbie and I

    Hi Joyce,
I'm a newbie and I love it when the "originals" come back and talk about life after treatment. Getting your masters is no easy feat whether it's on line or in class and I admire you for that. I thought about getting my dr. but I'm not sure I have enough brain cells left. You know what I mean?

I hope your life is filled with joy-but you have a cat so of course it is full of joy!LOL
You are an inspiration for me and I hope you continue to do wonderfully.
    Love and Gentle Hugs,

    Eil,
    I am looking at your

    Eil,
I am looking at your new picture (in which you look gorgeous as always) and I don't see the curls anymore? Were they a "gift" from chemo? Mine came in curly. I know it goes away after a bit. So do you still have curls at the ends and straighter at the roots? And is that fabulous? I also remember your other pictures had a kitty cat. This one looks like you kissed your cat and it turned into a prince!
Glad to chat with you again,
    love, Joyce

Hey there girlfriend, so glad you stopped by. I asked Claudia about you the other day and she hadn't heard from you either. I'm glad you're pursuing your masters and even though it's a lot of work, it's also very rewarding. Best of luck. Hugs, Lili
