Email and message

I don't know how to use CSN E-mail or to send and receive a message in the chat room. I am not
young, and I have chemo brain. How can I get help.

    Cindy, on your sign in page look for the word 'CONNECT' in the blue box. Under that look for 'CSN Email', and under that look for 'INBOX'. Click on the word 'INBOX'. On the page you are now on, click on the words 'Write a New Message'. Ta-Da! Type in the name of the person you want to send a message to and enter a subject, then type your message and hit 'send message' at the bottom of the box.
    In the chat room, after signing in, you just type your words into the box at the bottom of the box and hit 'enter'. Everyone in the room can read what you said and you can read what everyone else says...just reply to what is said at any time by writing and hitting 'enter' whenever you feel like it!

    How do i receive an Email-and send and receive a private message in chat room?
