Quercetin + Vitamin C
These supplements are sold everywhere at vitamin stores.
I'm looking for testimonials here. Did anyone tried these supplements with good results?

I have tried a variety of supplements over the years. My calcium supplement and my multi include quercitin. I feel like these supplements have helped me remain NED for the last 4 1/2 years. I am thinking of starting tumeric again since there has been so much discussion about it on the boards recently. I think it needs to be taken in pill form. It is a powerful anti-inflammatory and as we know inflammation is responsible for various conditions and certainly plays a role in cancer. It is like a natural NSAID..
Anyway, I can say that I think they (supplements) have helped me personally.
