Results

Thanks so much for your prayers. My oncologist called this afternoon and had the results of my CT scan and chest xrays I had done yesterday. All negative! NED again - Praise the Lord!
Almost 15 months since surgery and almost 9 months since chemo thru port. And last Hexalen was in January.
Before I see my onc. in May I am to see a genetic counselor regrading BRACA2 gene positive. Since off maintenance she wants me to get counseling on options for the breast (Mom died of breast cancer age 62).
Had mammogram also yesterday and will get results next week from gyn. I also have to have mammogram every 6 months, then MRI the next 6 months. Or have the surgery which I really don't want too.
Anyways, I am just glad to be here!
Love,
Libby ☺♥

Bonnie,
Thanks for asking about the picture. That is my younger sister, Karen. Her and her husband came to Alabama the last week we were there.
She too is BRACA2 positive and had her hysterectomy in February. No cancer! She also will be deciding about breast surgery down the road.
I will always dance................................
Love you,
