    Hi Theo,

    I've read your many other posts. Congratulations on your excellent recovery and prognosis. I've got similar PC stats as yours were and have decided to do surgery like yours. I can't find Dr. Martinez in the Nor Cal Kaiser directory. Can you please give me his first name?
