Brother Passed Away Today
I've never felt pain like this before in my life. I have so many questions that can never be answered. 32 years old with not any hope at all.
Thanks for all the replies in my previous post and I hope there is a cure for this disease.

Condolences
I have been following your story, Romana, with so much hope that a miracle would spare your brother. I'm so sorry that it wasn't to be. He chose not to linger, and his suffering is over. My heart is with you and your family in this horribly difficult time. If you need to vent your pain here, we, of course will listen, and understand.
Many, many hugs,
Krista0 -
so very sorry
Hi Romana,
I'm so, so very sorry that this has happened. Yes, it is horrible, awful, devastating, and 100% not fair in life that this happened.
It is and will continue to be very hard for a while, but you will get through because you have to. I wish there was something I could do for you, but there isn't except think of and pray for you and your brother's family.
Please take care of yourself-

Ramona, I am so sorry that you have lost your brother. It seems so unreal that a person can be diagnosed and just a few weeks later be gone. We will never understand why our loved ones are taken away . Please know that you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.
God Bless you, Carletta0 -
I am So Sorry
I just wanted to say I am so sorry for your loss, your brother was taken way too soon, but please believe he is in a better place and not in any pain. I pray for you and your family to find some comfort in all this craziness. God Bless you, your brother and your family during this extremely hard time.

So sad
Dear Romana,
I'm so very sorry about your brother. You hardly time to process the news of his illness before he was taken from you. I know it just has to be a terrible loss for you. I'll be praying for peace for you and your loved ones. Please come back here and lean on us as much as you need to.
*hugs*

Truly sorry
Romana... I'm so sorry to hear how much you and your family are suffering now. Obviously there is going to be nothing or anyone to fill the void that the passing of your brother has left for everyone. Know in your heart that he loved his family and as much as no one wanted to see him leave, his time for leaving his physical suffering behind had come. He is definitely in a much better place so when you are feeling particularly devastated and hurt, keep reminding yourself that he is no longer suffering.
With time, everyone will adjust. No one will ever forget him and it will never make this disease any easier to accept... but your lives will eventually get to a place where you are not suffering like you are right now.
My thoughts are with you and as others have said, you know our doors here will always be open for you to come here and vent, or talk, or ask questions. Or just hang out with people who truly do understand what you are going through.
Hugggggggs,

So sorry
I am so sorry for all the pain that you and your family have gone through during your brother's illness and passing. I don't know what you are feeling since I haven't lost a sibling, but I have lost both parents. My prayer is that you will be comforted during this time of loss.

I don't
Thank you everyone.
I don't believe he is in a better place as he should have at least had 39 more years of life.
His biggest regret was that he was leaving his little girl, wife and family behind and that he didnt want to die.
I keep picturing him lying in bed looking like half the man he was.

My heart goes out to you and your family. Everytime cancer takes someone close to me it angers me. It robs everyone of precious time with our families. I watched a very close friend fight and endure all the treatment and then lose his fight. Life sometimes has no rhym or reason. I keep praying that they will figure out a treatment to stop all cancers.0 -

Ramona,
No words can assuage the suffering of your loss. Please know that you have my deepest sympathy. Your brother, like many of us, was plunged into a medical nightmare not of his own creation. When you remember your brother please don't think of his last days as lying there as half a man. Yes, his physical being was diminished, but that isn't the measure of a man. Your brother bore the burden of knowing his fate and magnitude of the loss for his family. No man should have to carry such a heavy load. I say he died a Titan.0
