Good News and free hats for you!
I won't be able to go to Colorado as planned for rads..but my daughter will come to Billings Mt. and spend time with me through this. We are just so happy that bills will be covered. What a worry and stress this has been for me.
Changing the subject but The Heavenly Hats Foundation donates the cutest hats for medical patients. I think I got the address from a post Re gave us a while back. I filled out a few questions on line and they sent a "Hat Package" I received several new hats all different kinds and very cute! I thought i would post this address for you who could use them. It is founded by a teenager you can e-mail at anthony@heavenlyhats.com or you can hold a hat parade to help other patients. the website is WWW.HEAVENLYHATS.COM
Just thought i'd let you know and God Bless
Jackie

Wonderful news
Jackie,
I am so happy that some of the financial mess that comes with cancer is now allieviated. What a relief, indeed. Stress is something we definitely don't need right now.
I love Heavenly Hats, too. They sent me TWO packages filled with cute winter hats, bandanas, and summer hats, plus a scarf. What wonderful people. After that, I sent them a donation and had my mom and all her friends donate to them as well. They are a very worthy organization.

Happy Dance!
Oh, Jackie, I am so thrilled for you! What wonderful news, and what a burden lifted.
Thanks for the hat information. I am running a bit low and will definitely check out the website. I recalled something about it but could not remember where or when. So, thanks to you and to Re.0 -
What great news Jackie.
What great news Jackie. It's so stressful to fight this disease as it is that adding the worries of insurance coverage or lack of can be even more demoralizing. I'm glad you were approved and everything is working out for you. I never knew about the hat site but I will be looking into it and seeing if they accept donations also. Hugs, Lili0 -
wonderful
I am glad that you got GREAT news.
I ordered from Heavenly hats and received my box within 10 days.
My son and I are going to get a drive going so we can help others as well.0 -

Hooray for you, Jackie!!! I'm really happy for you. It's nice to finally hear something good about healthcare in Montana.
(I'm in Montana, too, and have a daughter in Colorado...what a coincidence!)
And thanks for the hat information. What a great group to know about.

Jackie, I am so happy you
Jackie, I am so happy you are getting your tx covered. I honestly can't imagine how people manage paying for it themselves since the meds are so expensive. And then if you can't work, you need your income covered. Worrying about all that would have me curled up in a ball on the floor. There has been some really sad cases. And I'm going to check out your heavenlyhats, our hospital could probably use some.

Jackie, This is wonderful news and must be such a relief for you. God knows this is stressfull enough without the added worry of medical bills. As for the hats, I also saw the older post by RE and sent for a hat. They sent four very nice winter hats. Living in cold Boston in did get alot of use from them. Thank you for passing this on for everyone. I hope things go well for you today, you are in my thoughts. Love, Nancy0 -

Jackie, what good news about your treatment coverage. I guess prayer does work, as you have been at the top of my list regarding this insurance business. Also, thank you for the information the hats. I have several friends who are just starting treatment, and will pass this along. Hugs to you, and let's celebrate.
