I was told by my onc nurse today that my doctor uses the "National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) Guidelines". I looked it up and it is very interesting. It has decision trees for each stage of cancer. Search endometrial and you will find "Uterine Neoplasms" including UPSC. Check out-
