Try pickles, perferably dill. I would take the slices and just suck on them until I had sucked all the juice out. They are hard to digest, so I would spit it out and get another one. I tried just the juice but it didn't seem to work for me as well. Best of luck
.....actually said for me not to use regular silver utensils also, she said to use plastic utensils, as it would make the food taste weird on chemo. -

I would grind up some fresh ginger and put it in hot water with a squeeze of lemon, works great for the metallic taste and is great for nausea too -
