how to change username

does anyone know how to change your user name?
I would really like to change mine to reflect something in my life that is very important.

    Just in case
    Margo, you will probably have to supply a different email address, because the site won't let one email address have two usernames. In a pinch you can get a new email address at gmail.com and use that.
