Hi All that are interested,
This Saturday, Feb. 7, there will be a free educational meeting on Thermography. Thermography is a safe and more effective screening for breast cancer than mammography. Nancy Gardner, PhD from the Bay area will be speaking from 1:00-2:00 PM. Her topics are
Learn how to lower your risk factors for breast cancer
Learn how to do your own breast exam via DVD with actual footage
Learn about thermography for breast screening with NO radiation
Spring cleaning with a twenty-one day detox program
Following the talk from 2:20 - 7:00 PM, Nancy will be doing thermography screenings. If you are interested in having a thermography screening, you need to schedule an appointment with her by calling 866-766-2468. If you schedule an appointment, please tell her you were referred by Judy Nelson. The cost is $190, payable that day. Nancy provides you with a super bill so that you can bill your health insurance. My health insurance covered the full cost.
I had a thermomgraphy when she was here last October. It is an amazingly simple and pleasant experience in contrast to a mammography. I will never have another mammogram! She follows up the screening with a thorough report and a 30 minute phone consultation. I took her report to my doctor and he was amazed.
Please come to her talk and think about scheduling a screening especially if you are not up to date on making sure your breasts are healthy. Mammogram are NOT the way to do it!
Cahie Garnier is hosting the event. It will be held at the Canyon Springs Club House, 6185 N. Figarden Drive (NW Fresno) from 1:00- 2:00 pm.
If you have any question, please ask.
