It has been a month or three since I posted so I figured I had better get one out there. I have been quite under the weather lately and have not been close to my computer. Currently I am in Zion IL. At the Cancer treatment centers of America recovering from surgery.
I ended up at Can. Treatment center after a 2nd opinion as my oncologist and surgeon in Minnesota had told me there was really nothing more we can do to stop the cancer. They gave me around 4-6 months back in April and sent me home. So I switched to Cancer Treatment Centers. After scans were done, I decided to start chemo (we did find four nodules on my liver) with the hope of extending life waiting for my miracle I felt great for two weeks after, but then started get sick to my stomach each time I ate anything
By last Monday, I had been in two hospitals and was In pretty rough shape. Maybe a week or so is what the surgeon told me. The surgery revealed I had two blockages in my upper GI. One they removed the other they went around. And. The stint put in my lower colon back in September was not that blocked. So it ended up. There was new cancer I did not know about. Some of that they were able to take out. There is old tumor that is not nearly as advanced as we thought.
I have felt like crap from either eating or pooping for months. The doctors here say, that should be feeling much better and I have bought some valuable quality time with my family. They are also going to grow my tumor in the lab to find out if one chemo will work better over another. It is good to be back in touch with you all. Mark

Mark, you are amazing...
I am so happy to hear from you, and most importantly, hearing that you are in excellent fighting form. I know very well how having a child (in your case children) can infuse the strength of the hulk into you. Let's give this beast the beating of its life. You are an inspiration. Monica0 -

Hey! Good to hear that you
Hey! Good to hear that you are doing better and that maybe they will find the best treatment alternatives for you.
We all think of you and it is nice to see you back on the site. I have not been very active on this forum lately either, so I understand that sometimes you need a break. It is nice to know that we can come back on here and can always count on this little "refuge from the storm". Have fun with your family!
Sincerely,

He has never failed me and has always taken the burdens from me so that my life is easier. I will ask that he does the same for you. Trust him, hes gonna be very close to you, he will make life easier for you and take away this beast from you. I really feel that you have a miracle coming...Chin up bud...God Bless ya0
