Just a follow-up note. Had RPS in January 2003 at age 72 following a 6-month jump in PSA from 2.5 to 3.6 and biopsy showing Gleason of 7 (4+3). Capsule contained, but one nerve bundle was removed. Today, almost six years later, urologist/surgeon said PSA remains at <.01. Using three Depends pads per day. Dr. says AMS AdVance Sling or AMS 800 (artificial sphincter) would reduce pad usage to one per day. He's ready; I'm still thinking about it.
