As KathiM always says "NAKED HAPPY DANCE" ! I just finished 5 1/2 weeks of chemo via a 24/7 infusion pump and 28 radiation zappers.
I didn't have too many problems except this awful burning and needle feeling when going #2. Having the pump 24 hours a day was a pain at times but kind of got used to it pretty quickly.
Tomorrow 10/30/08 I am meeting with the surgeon to discuss when surgery will be. I know there will be more chemo after surgery, but at least I am free for a while.
Thanks to all of you that have answered my other posts. This site really has help me understand how to deal with this monster.

The Mickey Dance!!
WAY TO GO, MICKEY!!! Now you just go and enjoy your time off between now and surgery... and then enjoy the surgery recovery time before you start up the chemo again. Gotta get that body and immune system back in good working order for the next leg of the journey
Hahaha Mary... Now you have me singing that song!!!!

Cheryl
