Hello Everyone! I was stage 4 colon cancer with mets to liver. I completed my 12th and final chemo on the 13th of October. Pet and Ct scan on the 13th showed NED. I am truly, truly, amazed. Prayer is the best solution, I had many prayer chains going. Miracles do happen!!!!!!!! I am living proof and I vowed that I would not be a statistic back when I was diagnosed! I start maintenance next week, for every other week for 8 weeks. I will be getting Avastin (miracle drug) Then more scans to make sure I am still NED, then Avastin every 3 weeks for 6 months and more scans and then every year. Hang in there everyone. I know the journey is long and hard but with motivation and belief in yourself and lots of HOPE, you can and will endure. I am left with neuropathy in my finger tips and feet and hopefully this will eventully go away! I can live with neuropathy, I am thankful there is no cancer. I am so Blessed! Deb

Great news and thanks for sharing. My neuropathy went completely away about six months after chemo completion. I hope yours will disappear even sooner. Keep us posted on your after chemo life.
Hugs,
Kay
