I got to la friday had an ØК time it wasn't the same without my otherhalf. I'm currently at airport to return to nyc. Only to have to go to hospital to see sister its like her new home. Since her 1st chemo didn't go so well they are gonna give it to her in hosp and on wed she is free to go home. My brother told me that my sister is deciding not to do chemo that she needs more time to cope.. WHAT is she insane. Chemo is tuesday I guess she is scared. She has had this dx since april, 1 rd of chemo and never again its september. Doc already told her chemo can extend her time and for her to even think about not going on it is crazy. If she does not begain chemo soon her ending can be close I feel as if we are just pulling the plug. I remember my sister always saying if I'm ever sick just pull the plug I hate to suffer and I'd be the one to say hell get an extension cord keep me plugged in. Its crazy how conversations that meant nothing to u turn out to be a lot. Hopefully today we will convince her to do chemo tuesday.. Well later guys and thanks for messages if only my sister can meet a woman like you with the will to live.

Has any one tried to get a phych Dr. to see her yet or maybe someone to help her with her fear issues?? I really am speechless and have no idea what to tell you. Maybe you should bring in a lap top and get her to post on here and that way she'll get some feedback from some of us. What a terrible place for you and your family to be in...I'll keep you all in prayer as this would be way to hard for me to emtionally handle if I were you. (((hugz)))~~~Joanne -
Prayers are with you
If chemo has a chance with your sister convince her to take it. She may take it awhile then she may be cured or get a long break from chemo as I have done for 6 years and some of these other wonderful ladies. Yes their are some who have had chemo so much they are tired of being tired and get no breaks so they will say its time to stop and will just live out their quality of life but until you go through a few times you won't know. Also there may be a cure, basically thats why we go through chemo and some of get breaks, so that we will be around for the cure. Or the chemo could cure her. But in any event it will have to be her choice, hopefully she knows all options. I am doing pretty good for having ovarian 6 years. I will pray for her right decision and for you and the family.
