small tumor in the brain

Hi,
I am on the Terceva for my lung cancer for one year already. The Terceva seems like working very well on me. Every three months CT all comming out clear. I was so happy about it. But last month I have a little headache and my doctor did the MRI and found out small tumor in my left side of the brain. She refered me to see the radiologist and nurologist. She said the tumor is in the back of brain, most likely will use the radiation to kill that spot only. It is a one time radiation to that spot. I am so depress. Anybody has this kind of knowledge please help.
