    I'm new to this site and was just doing some "catch up reading" and was wondering how you're doing. What you and others said really connected with me. This is the time to listen to the one how knows you best...you. If it feels right do it, if it hurts stop and try again later. Sometimes progress is measured in a week, sometimes in a day, sometimes in an hour. Allowing ourselves to cry let's us live in the moment. Here's to this moment and how glad I am to have found this site. Here's to looking ahead to beautiful moments....
