HI Babe, I started Tamoxifen basically the day after my last drip. I was having hot flashes before that, and the tamoxifen made them worse. But all in all it hasn't been bad. My 2yr anniversary was in April.I see my oncologist every 3 months, my radiation doc. every 6 months and my surgeon every 6 mos. I think by about the 5 yr mark, the appointments will start to slowly spread out. I am in a clinical trial so I will probably be followed for many years. Hope this helps answer your questions.
