squamous cell carcenoma

my husband is suffering from huge leg swelling from chemo due to im assuming vthe drugs............can anyone out there offer any info at all? ried july 23? 8am to get into chat - seems to be off line....just wondering if the water gain is because of trouble in liver or kidneys?
