Hi everyone.
Really hope you all are doing well and enjoying the summer . It's been a little bit of a rough month for us and hope you will forgive my absence these last few weeks. Bob had his port removed since it broke but unfortunately they could not remove the piece of tubing lodged in the artery that broke off prompting the surgery. For now it remains there. We've been told it's more dangerous to remove it then leave it there.Bob is doing well, but the results of his last ct show a suspicious 11 mm spot again on the right lobe of the liver which did not show on the last ct so they say (of course since we've had so many outcomes in the past, hard to know what to believe) and he is scheduled to have a PET again in two weeks and then to see the surgeon again depending on the results. Not the results we had hoped to hear , but still we remain positive and hopeful that if it does turn out to be a return of the cancer , another liver resection will be possible. I remind myself continually that faith makes things possible, but not easy . Good wishes and prayers for all of you. God Bless and Keep the faith.
Diane

Hello Diane,
Good to hear from you. Sorry about Bob's latest test results, but we will keep thinking positive. Hopefully it is another false alarm, but if not, we know it is just another bump in the road that you will get through again. Sorry that you have to have this stress again. I am sending you both positive thoughts and prayers to get through the next 2 weeks of waiting. Keep in touch and keep the faith!
Faith
