WOW WOW WOW
Thanks for your support. I needed that. June was a rough month. high pain and low energy makes Mark a dull boy.
these last few days I have been feeling better so I will keep up with my juicing nad baking soda intake (both ends i might add).
I will try not to be such a stranger. It has been dificult findingn the energy to get online and chime in. Peace to you all
Mark.

I'm so glad you are feeling better! Pain is a bad word, and I hate that you have to go through so much of it. I pray for you everyday and hope you continue to improve.
Funny how having kids can give you energy to do things when you really feel rotten. Give yours an extra (hug).
Baking soda and salt have been a great nasal wash and help with my allergies, butt I haven't used them for other body cavaties..

Good to see you back, Mark! I think we were all starting to worry. I know what you mean about those crappy days. They seem to come in clumps. At least the good days break it up for me. I hope so much that you are having at least some good days. I hope also that we can soon do the naked NED dance for you, fish gut scars, ileostomy scars, and port scars glowing!
Many hugs,
